New Delhi: Numaligargh Refinery Limited achieves a major milestone in its pipeline project with the successful execution of one of the longest HDDs across the Subansiri River in Assam.
The company announced the successful completion of pulling a 26-inch diameter pipe through a challenging 3510-meter stretch, marking a historic moment in the journey towards the NREP.
Despite the complex terrain and remote location, the team, alongside Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Corrtech International Pvt Ltd (CIPL), persevered relentlessly. Project Pipeline Head Mr Pranab Jyoti Sarma, Section in Charge Mr. S K Hussain, EIL Construction Site In-Charge Mr. S K Bhuyan, and team thank the guidance of CGM (Project) I/c G K Borah, and Managing Director B J Phukan.

NRL is now further heading to complete the Paradip Numaligarh Crude Oil Pipeline (PNCPL) project by Mid-2025.
