PDIL Organized a Management Development Program
New Delhi: Projects & Development India Ltd (PDIL), a Mini Ratna Category-I Engineering-Consultancy PSU under Department of Fertilizers (DOF), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, organised a Management Development Program (MDP) from 24th to 28th February 2020 at Corporate Office, Noida for PDIL Executives in terms of PDIL‘s MoU with Deptt. of Fertilizer (DOF) for 2019-20.
The Program aims at developing competences of PDIL Executives like leadership, proactive people management strategies, problem solving & decision making and negotiation strategies etc. The Program was conducted by MDI, Gurugram. Concluding Session of the Program was held on 28.02.2020 in presence of Director (Finance), Senior Officers, MDI faculty and the participants of the Program.
