He is an HR professional with over 25 years of Industry experience. Presently-General Manager (HR. Admin Security) in Braithwaite & Co Ltd., a Central Public Sector Undertaking, Miniratna-I category under the Ministry of Railways which is a Heavy Engineering and Wagon Manufacturing Company of international repute. He has a very good track record having joined Braithwaite & Co Ltd. in December 2000 and was successively elevated to higher positions in the Organization. Previously, he had briefly worked with the Labour Directorate Govt of Orissa and thereafter joined Burn Standard Co. Ltd. (A Govt. of India Undertaking) under Bharat Bhani Udyog Nigam Lid at the beginning of his career
