Punjab to have sufficient urea for rabi season said NFL
Responding to the media report on the availability of urea in the state, the company said that there are sufficient stocks available in Punjab for the Rabi season.
Punjab: Punjab will have sufficient quantity of Urea during the Rabi season, said NFL. National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is the lead fertilizer supplier (LFS) for the state of Punjab.
Responding to the media report on the availability of urea in the state, the company said that there are sufficient stocks available in Punjab for the Rabi season.

Accordingly, sufficient quantity has already been supplied to Punjab from 1st October onwards on pro rata basis of the total requirement. This quantity is higher by more than a lakh MT against the pro rata requirement of urea.

The company advised farmers not to hoard stocks based on the rumors as there is sufficient quantity of urea in the country for a sustained supply in Rabi season.
