Assam: Shri Rameswar Teli, Hon'ble Minister of State of Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and L&E visited the Bio-Refinery Project Site at Numaligarh, Assam to review work progress.
The Minister appreciated the effort put in by the Engineers India Limited Team in executing this state-of-the-art Bio-Refinery in Assam that would use bamboo as a feedstock and would play a vital role in India's Energy Transition goals.

NUMALIGARH REFINERY LIMITED is a public sector Oil refining joint venture company based in the state of Assam in India.
It has a capacity of 3 million metric tonnes per year. NRL is a JV company amongst Oil India Limited (OIL), Govt. of Assam and Engineers India Limited (EIL).
