SBI’s plans to recruit around 14,000 people in the coming year

New Delhi: State Bank of India is planning for recruiting around 14,000 people in the coming year said on Monday. While cutting the statement over the recently proposed VSR program that this is the cost-cutting process for over 30,000 people from staff and mentioned that the bank is planning to recruit around 14,000 people this year.
The bank mentioned that it is an employee-friendly process that will help in expanding its operations and requires people, which clearly mentions that the bank has a plan of recruiting more employees this year.
The country’s largest public sector bank had around 2.49 lakh employees, which is less compared with the last year.
Meanwhile, the contradiction is happening among bank unions, are not in the favor of the scheme, which has been announced by the SBI and is in the limelight, mainly focused on the optimize human resources.
