Shri Pramod Agrawal (IAS), Chairman, CIL reviewed the performance of CMPDI, at its HQ, Ranchi.
Shri Manoj Kumar, CMD, CMPDI briefed about the performance of CMPDI including Implementation of ERP in CMPDI, Status of validation study by Drone, Status of E-auction and Cost Comparison between mining method with blasting and without blasting (with Xcentric Rippers) and other related issues.
Shri Agrawal praised the work done by CMPDI in the implementation of the First Mile Connectivity (FMC) projects of CIL.
Apart from various other decisions taken during the meeting, he directed CMPDI to complete the exercise under the 6 modules of ERP at the earliest for making it more effective. Concerned HoDs were directed to own the respective modules.
On this occasion, Shri R.N. Jha, Director (T/RD&T); Shri A.K. Rana, Director (T/P&D); Shri S.K. Gomasta, Director (T/ES/CRD), Shri Sumeet Kumar Sinha, CVO of CMPDI other GMs/HoDs were present. All Regional Institutes participated in meeting through V.C.
