WAPCOS Run-Badteh Kadam Pragati ki Aur
New Delhi: WAPCOS Limited, A Government of India Enterprise under the Union Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation will be celebrating its 50th Foundation Day on 26th June 2018.
In commemoration of this historic occasion, the Company organized 'WAPCOS RUN-Badteh Kadam Pragati ki Aur' with the theme 'Hum Fit toh India Fit' on 16th June 2018 at India Gate, New Delhi, and all its offices across India and 45 Countries, as a pre-event to the 50th Foundation Day.
Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon’ble Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation and Dr. Satya Pal Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Human Resource Development and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation were the Chief Guests. Shri U.P. Singh, Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources; Shri Nitishwar Kumar, Joint Secretary (Admn.), Shri Sanjay Kundu, Joint Secretary (PP), Senior Officers from Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation and WAPCOS were present.
More than 1000 Participants from WAPCOS Family participated in the event. The Run was also organized at the Company’s Offices across India and all its offices abroad.
WAPCOS is a technology-driven consultancy and EPC organization with the strong global presence in the fields of Water, Power and Infrastructure Sectors. WAPCOS has successfully completed/on-going consultancy assignments in countries covering Asia, Africa, Middle East, South America and Pacific Island and is operating in more than 45 Countries, at present.
