WIPS WCL gets 'Best Activity Award'
New Delhi: Women in Public Sector (WIPS), WCL was awarded the 'Best Activity Award' for its excellent work during the year 2022-23. This award was given in the 31st Western Regional Conference of WIPS, held at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh on 09.12.2023 by SECL CMD Dr P.S. Mishra and Raigarh's Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs Suresha Choubey.
On behalf of WCL, the award was received by President (West Zone) Mrs. Anupama Temurnikar, Coordinator Mrs Sujata Sarmukaddam, Co-Coordinator Mrs Medha Hardas, Secretary Mrs Ankita Ghosh and members.
After winning the award, the Wips WCL team met CMD, WCL, Mr Manoj Kumar were informed about the award and their work. Mr. Manoj Kumar congratulated Wips WCL and appreciated the positive work done by them throughout the year.

During his conversation, he said that the role of women is important in the upliftment of any organization. Hence he asked everyone to continue their excellent work.
In the same regional conference, Mrs. Swati Saxena of WCL Headquarters got second place in the slogan competition. Let it be known that VIPS WCL has done special work in line with social responsibility, health and training.
