Adani Green Energy commissions 200 MW solar projects in Khavda, raising its total renewable capacity to 16,929.8 MW.

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has launched 200 MW of new solar power projects in Khavda, Gujarat, through its subsidiaries, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited (75 MW) and Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Seven Limited (125 MW).
With these plants now running, AGEL’s total renewable generation capacity has grown to 16,929.8 MW. This further establishes its position as one of India’s largest renewable energy companies.
The projects were officially launched at 10:34 p.m. on November 30, 2025, after receiving all necessary clearances. Commercial power generation started on December 1, 2025.
AGEL noted that this capacity addition is another step forward in speeding up India’s transition to clean energy.
