New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, paid homage to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today on 23rd January 2019. He paid floral tributes in front of a portrait of Netaji at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
