Bharat Electronics Limited to declare interim dividend
The company will announce its interim Dividend for FY2024-25 on 5th March in its board meeting. However Bharat Electronics Limited announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.70 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for this dividend is set as March 23, 2024.
New Delhi: Navratna PSU, Bharat Electronics Limited and one of sixteen PSUs under the administration of Ministry of Defence of India will hold its board meeting on 5th March 2025 where the company will consider, inter alia, declaring the interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
The Giant PSU in its regulatory filing today i.e., 25th February 2025 stated that "Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 5th March 2025 to consider, inter alia, declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25."
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.70 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for this dividend is set as March 23, 2024. Notably, this marks the second interim dividend declared by BEL within the same financial year.
