BPCL Announces Key Management Changes

New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced important changes in its senior management, effective from January 1 2026, in line with SEBI disclosure requirements.

The company informed the stock exchanges that Shri Sanjeev Raina, Executive Director In Charge Corporate HSSE, and Ms. Teresa Raju Naidu, Executive Director Internal Audit, have retired from the services of the company upon attaining superannuation on December 31 2025.

At the same time, BPCL has appointed Shri Vivek V Maheshwari, Chief General Manager Finance Internal Audit, as the new Head of Internal Audit with effect from January 1 2026.

Shri Vivek Maheshwari brings extensive experience in financial leadership. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Financial Accounting from Mulund College of Commerce. Over the years, he has handled key finance roles across Corporate Treasury, Shared Services, Corporate Finance and has led major finance responsibilities for BPCL’s Retail, BPRL, Gas and International Trade businesses.

BPCL stated that these changes are part of its regular leadership transition process and will support continued governance and financial oversight across the organization.

The announcement has been filed with both BSE and NSE for investor information and regulatory compliance.
