Commercial Operation of 2 power Units at NTPC Rihand & Vindhyachal

NEW DELHI . Dr. Arup Roy Choudhury, CMD NTPC declared the Commercial Operation of Unit # 6 of NTPC Rihand Project and Unit # 12 of Vindhyachal at the respective sites on March 27,2014 . The total installed capacity of Rihand is 3000 MW project and Vindhyachal 4760 MW at present. Dr.Pradeep Kumar, Jt. Secretary and Financial Advisor to MoP, Govt. of India, Shri I.J. Kapoor, Director(Commercial) Shri N.N. Misra, Director(Operations), Shri S.C. Pandey, Director(Projects) ,Shri S.N. Ganguly, ED(OS) , Shri Sharad Anand, Regional Executive Director(North), Project Heads of both NTPC Rihand &Vindhyachal were present on the occasion.
