Dr. Udeeta Tyagi has been re-appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 17, 2025.
State-owned SJVN Ltd has announced that Dr Udeeta Tyagi has been re-appointed as Independent Director on the Board of SJVN Ltd.
Ministry of Power through its order dated April 17, 2025, has re-appointed Dr. Udeeta Tyagi (DIN: 05101501) as Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of one year with effect from the date of notification i.e., April 17, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, according to the stock exchange filing.

Dr. Udeeta Tyagi has been re-appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. April 17, 2025. She has earlier served on the Board of the Company as an Independent Director for a period of three years from November 08, 2021.
