DVC signs JV agreement with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd
NEW DELHI- In a significant development in its quest for making a sizeable imprint in the Renewable Energy sector, DVC signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 29.03.2022 with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of the NTPC Limited, towards formation of a JV Company for implementation of Renewable Energy Parks and Projects including Projects approved under Ultra Mega Renewable Energy Power Parks Scheme and CPSU scheme of MNRE.
The JVA was signed by Shri M Raghu Ram, Member (Technical), DVC and Shri Rajeev Gupta, CGM, NTPCREL on behalf of the respective organisation, at NTPC Corporate Office, SCOPE Complex, New Delhi.
Senior officials from both organisations including Shri C.K.Mondol, Director (Commercial), NTPC & Chairman,NTPCREL and Shri Mohit Bhargava, CEO, NTPCREL were present during the event
