ECL Holds Corporate-Level Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) Meeting

Sanctoria, 08 December 2025:  A Corporate-Level JCC Meeting of ECL was held on 08th December 2025 at Sankalp Hall, ECL HQ, Sanctoria, in a spirit of constructive engagement.
The meeting was chaired by Shri Satish Jha, CMD, ECL in the presence of the Functional Directors of ECL—Md. Anzar Alam, Director (Finance), Shri Niladri Roy, Director (Technical/Operations), Shri Gunjan Kumar Sinha, Director (HR) and Shri Girish Gopinathan Nair, Director (Technical /P&P), ECL.

 

Senior executives including Shri Nazrul Islam, HoD (WBE), Dibyajyoti Ghosh, HoD (Recruitment Cell) along with other HoDs and Corporate JCC Members, were also present.

The JCC Members who attended the meeting included representatives from various trade unions, namely - Shri S.K. Pandey & Shri Prafulla Chatterjee of HMS, Shri. G.K. Srivastava 
& Gouranga Chatterjee of CITU, Shri Gurudas Chakraborty & Shri Anil Singh of AITUC, Shri Binod Kumar Singh & Shri Milan Ghosh of ABKMS and Shri Hareram Singh of INTTUC was present as special invitee. 

The meeting witnessed in-depth and constructive discussions on key aspects including operational management, employee-related concerns, financial performance and the future growth prospects of the comp any. The management assured timely and effective resolution of the issues raised by the JCC Members. Addressing the gathering, CMD, ECL emphasized the importance of collective efforts, mutual cooperation and shared responsibility in strengthening ECL’s operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

The meeting concluded on a positive and harmonious note with a vote of thanks, reaffirming the commitment of both management and workforce representatives towards the continued growth and progress of ECL.
