EIL organised Women Leadership Programme to assist women professionals

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has been recognised as a 'Global Learning Partner' through its collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programme. The organisation, which has over six decades of expertise in executing landmark projects across the globe, has been flourishingly in serving these training programmes. 

As part of this initiative, EIL has successfully conducted specialised training programmes for international participants, reinforcing India’s commitment to capacity building and knowledge sharing.

EIL organised the We-Lead (Women Leadership Programme) to assist women professionals from various countries to acquire leadership abilities and expand their executive presence. EIL also organised a 10-week Technical Training Programme for Delegates from Mongolia, covering key areas such as Refinery Operations, Basics of Engineering and Sustainability & Safety aspects.
