MSTC Appoints New Government Nominee Director with immediate effect
The appointment of Ms Sudershan Mendiratta will be effective from the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) to her.
New Delhi: MSTC Limited today informed that the comapny has received Order from BLA cell of Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India for appointment of Ms Sudershan Mendiratta, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited, with immediate effect, until further orders, in place of Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi and Shri Ashwini Kumar.
Accordingly, Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi and Shri Ashwini Kumar cease to be the Directors of the Company with effect from 11th June 2025. The appointment of Ms Sudershan Mendiratta will be effective from the date of allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) to her.
Ms Sudershan Mendiratta is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company, and also is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority.
