Coal India Announces Revised Schedule for Analyst and Investor Meetings

Kolkata, March 5, 2026: Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatna PSU and the world’s largest coal producer, has announced a revised schedule for its upcoming analyst and investor meetings. These meetings are aimed at fostering communication between the company’s functional directors and institutional investors, while ensuring transparency in line with SEBI regulations.

The one-to-one meetings are scheduled to take place at Coal India’s Headquarters in Kolkata on 6th March 2026. Key participants include representatives from JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited and Fidelity International.

CIL emphasized that no Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) will be shared during these meetings, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also noted that the date and time of the meetings may change due to exigencies on the part of the analysts, investors, or the company.

B. P. Dubey, Executive Director (Company Secretary) & Compliance Officer of CIL, stated that the company continues to prioritize stakeholder engagement, transparency, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
