HUDCO and NBCC sign MoU

NEW DELHI .   A Memorandum of Understanding (has been signed between  Shri V P Baligar, CMD  Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limitedand  Shri A K Mittal,  CMD , National Building Construction Corporation Limited  in the presence of KBS Sidhu, Director HUDCO and Joint Secretary (Housing), Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (MoHUPA), N L Manjoka, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO, A K Kaushik, Director (Finance), HUDCO, S K Pal, Director Finance, NBCC and other dignitaries.

This MoU has been signed basically to develop the lands/ plots of various Government bodies to increase housing stock and office space in various cities of the country. HUDCO will be providing the funds and design support for construction while NBCC will use its project management expertise and technical know how to develop and market. Press release.
