Ircon to execute power and E&M works for Swami Samarth Nagar–Vikhroli metro corridor under MMRDA’s Line-6
Mumbai, Ircon International Limited has received a significant contract from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for Package-2 of Line-6 of the Mumbai Metro Rail Project. The work includes designing, supplying, installing, integrating, testing, and commissioning power supply and traction systems, electrical and mechanical works, lifts, and escalators.
This project involves the metro corridor that connects Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli (Eastern Express Highway). It also includes five years of maintenance after a two-year defect liability period.

Project Value: Rs 642.44 crore and Euro 2.78 million (including all duties except GST and Customs)
