Mumbai, July 7, 2025 — The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2025, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26).
In a regulatory filing submitted to both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE Limited, IREDA confirmed the scheduled board meeting in accordance with Regulation 29 (1) & (2) and 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Furthermore, the company has reiterated that, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its internal code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in IREDA securities has been closed since July 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results are made public. This closure was earlier communicated via a letter dated June 25, 2025.
The financial results are eagerly anticipated by investors, as they will provide insights into IREDA’s performance during the first quarter of FY26, a crucial period in India’s clean energy financing landscape.
