Mixed impact of nationwide strike called by trade unions in SECL
As expected, the impact was seen in underground mines, where out of 37 mines, 28 mines operated normally or were partially affected.

Today, the nationwide strike called by four labour organisations had a mixed impact in SECL. Attendance in the first shift and general shift in the morning was around 51 per cent. Attendance in the second shift and operations of the mines appear to be normal.
This morning, out of the total 20 open mines of SECL, 15 mines were operating normally, while 4 mines were partially affected. As expected, the impact was seen in underground mines, where out of 37 mines, 28 mines operated normally or were partially affected. It is known that the maximum production of SECL is through open mines.
This report is based on the first shift and general shift in the morning which will be updated on the second shift and further reports.
