New Delhi: Shri A. Robert J. Ravi has been given the extension with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of MTNL. The extension has been granted for three months with effect from 15.07.2025 to 14.10.2025, or until further orders. The approval has been made by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.
Currently, he is serving as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of BSNL.

During the period of holding additional charge, Sh. Ravi A Robert Jerard will not be entitled to any additional remuneration.
A. Robert Jerard Ravi is an Indian Telecom Service officer of the Department of Telecommunications. He is a Gold Medalist in Engineering from the Pondicherry University, and MBA in International Business.
