NBCC and PTC India Limited Sign MOA to Build State-of-the-Art Patient Care Facility
NBCC and PTC India Limited have signed an MOA to build a state-of-the-art patient care facility called PTC Vishram Sadan. The facility will cater to the needs of patients and their attendants.

NEW DELHI- National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) and PTC India Limited have joined hands to construct PTC Vishram Sadan cum Patient Care Facility. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between the two organizations in the presence of senior officials from both sides, including Shri Yogesh Sharma, Sr. ED (Engg.) from NBCC and Smt. Sneh Daheriya, Vice President from PTC India Limited.
The PTC Vishram Sadan cum Patient Care Facility will be a state-of-the-art facility that will cater to the needs of patients and their attendants.
The facility will be built on a 3.5-acre plot and will have a total built-up area of 60,000 square feet. The facility will have 100 rooms, including 50 single rooms and 50 double rooms, along with a cafeteria, a kitchen, and a parking area.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Yogesh Sharma, Sr. ED (Engg.) from NBCC said, "We are delighted to partner with PTC India Limited for this project. NBCC has a rich legacy of building world-class infrastructure and we are confident that we will be able to deliver this project to the highest standards.
The PTC Vishram Sadan cum Patient Care Facility will provide much-needed support to patients and their attendants, and we are proud to be associated with such a noble cause."
