NBCC conducts 22nd Auction sale for unsold commercial inventory in World Trade Centre

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited conducted the 22nd auction to sell commercial space in the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The Company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 2.23 lakh sq. ft. (approx.) having a sale value of Rs. 905.01 crores, out of which 0.43 lakh sq. ft. area having a sale value of Rs. 191.84 crores has been sold to private entities. 

Further, as on date, the company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 23.92 lakh sq.ft. through an open e-auction having a sale value of Rs. 9656.62 crore.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India has appointed NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna, Govt. of India Enterprise, as the implementing agency for the re-development of Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

NBCC is authorized to market the commercial space on a freehold basis.
