New Delhi: NHPC Regional Office, Jammu and Divisional Commissioner Office, Jammu signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 03.08.2025 for “Construction of Cultural Heritage Centre” at Thalwal Village, Jammu under NHPC CSR&SD Scheme.
The MoU was signed by Shri Pankaj Vashisht, General Manager (Civil) on behalf of NHPC Regional Office, Jammu and Dr. Arvind Karwani, Relief & Rehabilitation (M) Commissioner, Jammu & Kashmir on behalf of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu in the august presence of Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
This work will give a new dimension to the cultural heritage of the region.
