NSPCL pays Dividend to NTPC

NEW DELHI . NTPC-SAIL Power Company Pvt. Ltd  paid total dividend of Rs.100 crore for the year 2014-15 which is 10.20% of equity share capital.

 

 

 

 Shri A. K. Jha, CMD NTPC, Shri S. C. Pandey, Director (Proj.),Shri K. K. Sharma, Director (Opn.) & Chairman NSPCL and Shri Sudhir Arya, ED (Fin.) & Director NSPCL, received a cheque of Rs. 10 Crore of final dividend from Manash Sarkar, CEO, NSPCL, along with S. V. Shahi, CFO, NSPCL, at NTPC Corporate Office in New Delhi.
