NTPC Sipat plant to make Fly ash based products

BILASPUR. The NTPC Ltd would soon set up a fly ash based light weight aggregate’ Pilot Plant at its station here in Bilaspur district. The Lightweight aggregate is used in the production of a number of concrete products.

The Fly Ash and the coal fuel would be made available to the pilot plant from the thermal power station located in its vicinity.Fly ash is a byproduct of power generation with coal.
