NTPC Bongaigaon adds laurels in the area of Safety, awarded Greentech Effective Safety Culture Award
Shri Arunashis Das, AGM (Projects) received the award on behalf of NTPC Bongaigaon.
Bongaigaon: In recognition of exemplary initiatives taken up by NTPC Bongaigaon, in developing an effective safety culture in order to reduce accidents and to save precious human lives at workplaces, the station bagged the Greentech Effective Safety Culture Award - 2021 by Greentech Foundation, New Delhi in the Winner Category.
The award was presented in the Greentech Safety Culture and Energy Summit and the awards function was held on 26-27 August 2021 at Sonamarg, J&K by Shri Vijay Kumar, IPS, IGP of J&K in the presence of Shri Kamleshwar Sharan, CEO & Chairman, Greentech Foundation.
Shri Arunashis Das, AGM (Projects) received the award on behalf of NTPC Bongaigaon.
Shri Subrata Mandal, ED, NTPC Bongaigaon congratulated the Safety team headed by Amitava Saha, AGM (Safety) in the presence of Shri Arunashis Das, AGM (Projects) on receiving the award in his office premises and inspired them to continue the good work carried by the station in the area of safety.
