NEW DELHI- NTPC Bongaigaon bagged the Champion's Trophy in the Intra Regional Drama Competition organised by ER-II NTPC Darlipali, Odisha on 24th April,2023. The comedy one act drama, titled 'Badi Mushkil hai', was composed and directed by Shri Hiranmoy Misra (Sr.Mgr Chemistry).
The drama was enacted and performed by employees and their spouses namely- Shri Deepak Sahay, Mrs. Rakhi Sharma, Ms. Ruchi Banjare and Shri Rajib Gandhi, Shri Rajeev Sharma (background and music coordination).

Shri Ashim Kumar Goswami, Regional Executive Director of ER-II who joined the Drama Extravaganza through virtual mode emphasized the importance of drama and highlighted the fact that drama enhances team building and mutual coordination.
