NTPC Bongaigaon organised Gram Sabha as part of Vigilance Awareness Week
All the speakers explained the menace of corruption and benefits of transparency, accountability, and integrity in one’s life.

Bongaigaon: NTPC Bongaigaon organised a Gram Sabha at Dholmara village in Kokrajhar district as a part of Vigilance Awareness Week, where its Village Community Development Council (VCDC), Dholmara Chairperson Shri Hrishikesh Roy administered the ‘Integrity Pledge’ to about 80 persons in the presence of Shri Sultan Rahman, Vice Chairman, VCDC, Dholmara and senior persons of the village development body.
The speakers also highlighted the role of participative vigilance and appreciated NTPC’s role towards created a vigilant environment and educating the masses for a vigilant society. Posters depicting information on PIDPI (Public Interest Disclosure & Protection of Informers) were displayed to spread awareness in the village.

Chawla, AGM(HR), Shri Shashi Shekhar, AGM (HR), Shri Ujjwal Sarkar, CVO (NTPC), Shri G.N.Chayingia, Manager (Law) were also present on the occasion.
