NEW DELHI . Shri Saptarshi Roy, Dir (HR) , NTPC digitally launched the Career guidance initiative for the children of NTPC project schools . Shri A.N. Verma, ED (HR), Shri D.K. Patel, GM to CMD, Shri Rajeev Bhadauria, an eminent Human Resource thought leader and Shri Akhil Raizada, GM(HR-Tech) were also present. Career Guidance initiative has been launched as a new initiative in association with M/s. Transform Foundation to help students connect the dots between learning and work through a systematic web based guidance platform. It will help students to discover their personality traits, gain exposure to world of work, set career goals as well as academic goals.
