NTPC Pakri Inaugurated FOKUS

Barwadih: NTPC Pakri - Barwadih inaugurated 'FOKUS: Forum of Knowledge - Understanding & Sharing'- a forum for knowledge sharing. The forum has been set up to encourage employees to share their knowledge related to work or any subject of their choice, in the form of short sessions. 

 

The first session of FOKUS saw two employees of Pakri-Barwadih- one from the Mining department and one from the R&R/CSR department, make presentations on blasting techniques and fundamentals of CSR, respectively. The first knowledge session was conducted in the presence of Shri Partha Mazumder, CGM (PB, CB & TL) and witnessed participation from many employees. The sessions would be conducted on a fortnightly basis encouraging everyone to share their knowledge for the benefit of all.
