NTPC Staff Launch Clean India Campaign

HYDERABAD: As part of the government’s Clean India campaign ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan,’ employees of NTPC Ltd led by R Venkateswaran, RED (South), swept the streets at Patny centre in Secunderabad on Thursday. Besides, they also took part in a morning walk from NTPC office premises to Jubilee bus station to spread awareness on cleanliness. Venkateswaran and senior executives paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion, while employees pledged to devote 100 hours a year to participate in the cleanliness drive. Deccan Herald .
