NTPC tax-free bond issue to open on Dec 3

NEW DELHI, NTPC, the country`s largest power producer, today said its bond issue to raise up to Rs 1,750 crore will open on December 3.

``The issue will open on December 3, 2013 and is scheduled to close on December 16, 2013,`` NTPC saidin a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.Under the offer, the company will issue tax-free secured redeemable non-convertible bonds.
