PFC incorporates a new subsidiary for its own subsidiary

NEW DELHI Government of India promoted NBFC, the Power Finance Corporation has announced incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited, Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited.

PFC Consulting Limited operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation. The date of incorporation was reported as December 30, 2016.

PFC Consulting Limited, as the name suggests provides consultancy services to the Power sector. Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of PFC Consulting.
