PFC organised Outbound Experiential Learning Programme at Jim Corbett, UK
Uttrakhand: PFC organised an ’Outbound Experiential Learning Programme’ from 24th to 26th February 2023 as part of “International Women's Day”celebrations at Jim Corbett National Park, Uttrakhand.
The learning program included activities on Team Building, Time Management, Well-being Enhancement, Developing Leadership Skills and many more to help empower women employees to lead & perform various roles effectively.
As part of this, employees had shared their experiences, learnings, and thoughts with the senior management and celebrated the women power.
