New Delhi: Hon'ble Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy, Shri R K Singh, interacted with teams from PFC, Rajasthan & Kerala on the sidelines of the Power Ministers' Conference in Udaipur today.

Shri Singh appreciated the live SCADA demonstration of Thiruvananthapuram and Ajmer.

The Hon’ble Minister highlighted the need for development of dedicated IT cadre in Discoms and regular training of employees.

PFC shared the idea of setting up of a ‘National SCADA Resource Centre’ - a centre of excellence for Automation training.
