Power Ministry seeks applications for state-owned NTPC CMD post
NEW DELHI: The Power Ministry has invited applications for the post of Chairman and MD of the state-owned NTPC even as a government search committee is already looking for a full-time chief of the power producer.
"Applications are invited for the post of Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC," the power ministry said on its Website. The ministry further said the search-cum-selection committee may also make nominations of eligible and qualified candidates for the post.
The government had earlier formed a search panel headed by Power Secretary P K Pujari to shortlist suitable candidates for the post.
