PVUNL invites bids on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Basis

New Delhi: PATRATU VIDYUT UTPADAN NIGAM LIMITED (PVUNL) invites online bids on “Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding basis” (Envelope-I: EMD & Techno-Commercial Bid & Envelope-II: Price Bid) from eligible bidders for aforesaid package-for PVUNL Patratu.
The scope of work comprises of the activities and services mentioned in scope of work and as per “Technical Specification/BOQ” for “Design, Fabrication, Erection and Installation of Tensile Fabric Str. For Open Terrace Covering, Car Parking & Garden Canopies at PVUNL Township.” PVUN intends to finance the subject Package through Internal Resources.
The bid submission start date is 04 December 2025 and the last date for the submission is 24 December 2025. The bid security to be submitted is Rs 1 lakh.
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years, as on the last date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, should not be less than INR Rs.70.49/- Lakh (Indian Rupees Seventy Lakh and Forty-nine Thousand only).
