SAIL launched Program to help employees and their family members

In an ongoing commitment to the well-being of its employees, SAIL is proud to announce the launch of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), designed to help employees and their family members manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges affecting mental health. The service was launched on 17 Feb 2025 at SAIL Corporate Office, New Delhi by Shri K K Singh, Director(Personnel) in pthe resence of senior management of SAIL.
The HR initiative is part of the company’s belief that a healthy and happy mind fosters creativity, productivity, and a positive work environment. Recognizing the importance of addressing such challenges, EAP will offer employees the resources and support they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence. The service will be available for all SAIL Employees and family members for a period of three years.
Awareness sessions have been lined up at various Plants/Units of SAIL in the month of Feb-Mar 2025.'
