Marking a significant milestone for Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and the Capacity Building Commission (CBC)’s flagship leadership program ‘DAKSH,’ Shri Adil Zainulbhai, Chairman, CBC; Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE; Dr. Alka Mittal, Member, CBC; and Prof. Bharat Bhaskar, Director, IIM Ahmedabad, addressed participants during the first educational immersion session held at IIM Ahmedabad. Senior officials of knowledge partner McKinsey and academic partner IIM Ahmedabad were also present.

This six-day immersive educational experience at IIM Ahmedabad features faculty-led sessions, case analyses, interactive discussions, and peer-to-peer learning, exemplifying a robust collaboration between industry and academia. The inaugural batch of DAKSH comprises of around 75 high-potential senior executives from diverse Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) reflecting the program’s commitment to building future-ready leadership for India’s public sector.
