SECL Launches Internal Selection Portal to Foster Transparency, Efficiency, and Employee Empowerment

New Delhi, June, 2025: As part of its ongoing digital transformation initiatives, South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) unveiled its Internal Selection Portal at the SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur during the GM’s Coordination Meeting.
This portal is designed to simplify and streamline the internal selection and promotion process for SECL employees. It allows candidates to easily login, fill, submit, and track their application forms — all from one unified digital platform.

Fill, submit, and view application forms with ease
Password reset and account registration options
“My Applications” tab for real-time status updates
Intuitive interface for improved user experience

The launch ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of SECL leadership, including:
Shri N. Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Technical/Operations)
Sh. Biranchi Das, Director (HR)

Shri Himanshu Jain, Chief Vigilance Officer
Also present were General Managers from SECL Areas , HoD Systems, HR, and other departments. Systems and HR departments played a key role in developing and implementing the portal in record time.
