HPCL Ensures Uninterrupted Fuel and LPG Supply Across India
New Delhi: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining uninterrupted fuel and LPG supply across the country, supported by robust logistics and efficient operational management.
In the LPG segment, the company reported delivery of over 14.1 lakh cylinders through its network of 55 bottling plants, highlighting its ability to meet large-scale consumer demand efficiently. Additionally, HPCL supplied 27,800 free-trade 5 kg LPG cylinders and 1,500 2 kg cylinders, catering to diverse customer needs, including smaller households and commercial users.
On the retail front, HPCL recorded nozzle sales of 37,830 kilolitres of petrol and 67,421 kilolitres of diesel, indicating steady consumption patterns and consistent product availability across its fuel stations. The company served a vast customer base exceeding 1.9 crore consumers during the day, reflecting its extensive reach and operational scale.
To ensure seamless supply chain operations, HPCL dispatched 7,102 fuel tankers carrying petrol and diesel from 80 supply locations to retail outlets nationwide. This extensive distribution network played a crucial role in maintaining timely deliveries and avoiding disruptions.
