RLDA Announces Vacancy for Chief Project Manager on Deputation Basis

New Delhi: Rail Land Development Authority has released Vacancy Notice No. 14/2026 inviting applications from eligible Indian Railway officers for the post of Chief Project Manager on deputation basis.

The vacancy notification, issued on May 21, 2026, offers an opportunity for experienced railway officers to work with RLDA, a specialized organization involved in land management, station development, contract management, and real estate operations.

Mode of Appointment: Normal Deputation
Tenure: 3 years, extendable by an additional 2 years

Eligibility Criteria

The post is open to:

SAG/NFSAG/SG officers of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)
Officers with a minimum of 17 years of regular Group ‘A’ service

Desirable Experience

Candidates with experience in:

Land Management
Real Estate
Contract Management

will be preferred.
