Coal India CVO Addresses Vigilance Officers of Oil India in Siliguri
Coal India Limited Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy addressed vigilance officers of Oil India Limited during the Vigilance Review Meeting held in Siliguri, West Bengal.
During the session, Shri Tripathy shared the innovative measures adopted by Coal India to strengthen preventive and proactive vigilance mechanisms within the organization. He highlighted how these initiatives have contributed towards building a value-based organizational culture focused on transparency, accountability, and ethical governance.
In his address, Shri Tripathy emphasized the principles of “Reform, Transform, Perform and Inform,” underlining the importance of continuous improvement and participative governance practices in public sector organizations.
He also reiterated that Coal India’s Vigilance Division follows a participative, proactive, and positive approach that encourages employees to take bold decisions with bona fide intent and without fear. The approach aims to foster greater confidence among employees while ensuring adherence to integrity and governance standards.
