Sh. K N Thakur, AGM (Internal Audit) CC, NTPC nominated to TEFC of NIRC-ICSI

Shri K N Thakur, AGM (Internal Audit)-CC has been nominated as a member of the Training & Educational Facilities Committee (TEFC) of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the year 2025.

The TEFC plays a vital role in enhancing student-centric programs. As a member, Mr. Thakur will contribute to the improvement of the 15-day Classroom Executive Development Program (EDP) and other student initiatives. The committee is also responsible for assisting in the selection of qualified faculty and organizing academic events such as the Company Law Quiz, Moot Court Competitions, and Elocution Contests.

A Fellow Member of both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMA) and ICSI, Mr.  Thakur brings with him a wealth of experience and dedication to professional development and growth. He has also been recently nominated as a member of the Cost Audit and Assurance Standards Board of ICMA, further recognizing his contributions to the field of finance and governance.

His dual nomination reflect the trust placed by both institutes in his expertise and commitment to the professional development of students and young professionals.
