Shri M K Goel takes over as CMD of PFC
NEW DELHI . Shri M K Goel has assumed the charge of Chairman and Managing Director of PFC w.e.f. 13th Sept, 2013 in addition to his present
portfolio of Director (Commercial) in the Corporation. Apart from handling various key functions, he has been steering the implementation of flagship
programmes of Ministry of Power, Government of India like Restructured Accelerated Power Development & Reform Programme (R-APDRP), Ultra Mega
Power Projects (UMPPs) during his recent tenure in PFC.
With his unyielding commitment to excellence, backed by several years of front-line experience, Shri Goel stands ready to lead PFC into the next
phase of its growth story. An electrical engineer by profession, Shri Goel has over 33 years’ experience of working in the Power Sector. Shri Goel has
been with PFC for the last 25 years and joined PFC Board in July 2007.
